At Villas Church, we believe every person has God-given gifts, passions, and experiences that can make a difference. Whether you love creating through music or media, leading small group communities, praying for others, serving kids, or helping behind the scenes, there’s a place for you here.

Step 1. Complete Interest Form - By filling out this form, you’re taking the first step toward discovering where your talents and heart can be used to serve God and others. This is not a commitment—just a way to connect with our team, explore opportunities, and learn more about the areas you are interested in serving in.

Step 2. Background Check - It’s a really brief release form that we ask all our volunteers to fill out. This helps us provide safe environments for everyone at Villas Church.

Step 3. Meet With Us - After you submit this form, we'll invite you to connect with us to learn more about you, your gifts, your passions, etc. If not, we'll help you get connected to the right opportunity to serve within our church.

This is also an opportunity for a conversation about what we believe and why, and answer any questions you might have.

Hospitality – Welcome guests, greet with a smile, and help create a warm, inviting atmosphere on Sundays.

Tech/Production – Operate cameras, run slides, or manage audio/visual elements to enhance worship services.

Outreach – Serve in local or global mission opportunities, sharing God’s love beyond our church walls.
